检查机油油位

Check the engine oil level

确保机油油位在"ADD"和"FULL"两刻线之间。机油品质：APICF-4、APCG-4（优选）、APCH-4可选。

Make sure the oil level between "ADD" and "FULL". Oil quality: APICF-4, APCG-4 (preferred), APCH-4 optional.

检查冷却液液位

Check the coolant level

冷却液液面应保持在散热器加水口下13mm。

The coolant level should be maintained at 13mm under the radiator filler neck.

检查空气滤清器

Check the air filter

在空气滤清器真空表指示黄色或红色区域时清洗滤芯，每年至少更换一次空气滤芯。

When the vacuum indicator comes into the red or red position, it is locked in the visible position, clean the filter element. The air filter element should be replaced at least once a year.

环机检查

General Inspection

Check around the genset

散热器中冷器是否堵塞，发动机是否有渗漏，曲轴箱通风，特别注意增压器回油管。

Check radiator/intercooler for blockage, engine for leaks, crankcase ventilation. Pay attention to turbo oil return line.

Check whether the cooler of radiator is blocked, whether there is engine leakage or not, pay attention to oil seal cover and both of the supercharger oil pipe crankcase.

检查三角皮带

Check the triangle belt

发电机、风扇和充电机皮带有无磨损、断裂、裂纹，有应立即更换并调整。垂直施加110N压力，皮带偏移量应为15-20mm。

Alternator, fan and drive belt, for any wear, fracture, loss and belt, they should be promptly replaced and adjusted. Vertically apply 110N pressure to the belt, the belt should be offset 15-20mm.

检查蓄电池及充电器

Check the accumulator battery and charger

清洁顶面，检查电解液液位及接头紧固，保持电解液比重在规定范围，检查充电器是否正常工作。

Clean the top cap, check the electrolyte level and the joint tightening, maintain the electrolyte specific gravity within the specified range. Check whether the mains charger works properly.

Check the genset and control panel

检查有无损坏及元件的松动断裂，损坏元件应及时更换和维修。进行一次仪表面板自检，观察指示灯、蜂鸣器是否正常。

Check for damage and loose/broken components. Perform panel self-test, verify indicators and buzzer.

Check whether there is loosening connection and components damaged. Damaged components should be promptly replaced and repaired. Take a test of panel, observe whether indicator light and buzzer are normal or not.

新机检查气门间隙

Valve Clearance Check (New Engine)

Check valve clearance for new engine

新机大修过的发动机进行初次气门间隙调整。发动机必须停机，并应是冷机。

Initial valve clearance for new/overhauled engines. Engine must be stopped and cold.

During the initial valve clearance adjustment of new engine and the overhauled engine. The engine must be shut down, and should be cool.

更换机油和滤清器

Replace oil and filter

放机油时应热机将机油放出。全流式或旁通式滤清器应同时更换。

Pump out the oil while the engine is still in heat. The full flow type or bypass type filter should be replaced at the same time.

更换燃油初级滤清器/油水分离器和燃油次级滤清器

Replace Fuel Primary Filter/Water Separator & Secondary Filter

Replace the primary fuel filter / oil-water separator and secondary fuel filter

主机机组运行500小时时要更换燃油初级滤清器/油水分离器。排放油箱中的脏物和水。

Replace fuel primary filter/water separator after 500 hours. Drain dirt and water from tank.

When the prime genset runs for 500h, replace the primary fuel filter and oil-water separator. Discharging dirt and water out of the fuel tank.

用干净不可燃的清洗剂清洗呼吸器，随后安装。

Using clean and non combustible solvent to clean respirator filter, install it after dry.

添加冷却液添加剂SCA

按比例，在有霜冻威胁的区域，使用最少包含30%-50%乙二醇的防冻液。所有装有空气对空气冷却器的发动机均要求至少含30% CATERPILLAR防冻液。无需防冻添加剂时，冷却液中必须保持3%-6%的SCA。

Use antifreeze with 30%-50% ethylene glycol in frost areas. All air-to-air cooled engines require at least 30% CATERPILLAR antifreeze. Maintain 3%-6% SCA when no antifreeze is used.

30%-50% ethylene glycol antifreeze in area where there is icing threat. In area where there is no icing threat, all engines equipped with air to air cooler require at least 30% CATERPILLAR antifreeze. No coolant required additives SCA, it is required to maintain 3%-6% in coolant system additives (SCA).

清洗或更换空气滤清器

双级的初级滤清器，可清洗六次，但是不能清洗的次级滤清器及标准型滤清器必须每年更换一次。

如不定期更换水温调节器或安装不正确可能对发动机造成严重损害。

It may cause serious damage to the engine if the water temperature regulator is not replaced regularly or installed incorrectly.

彻底更换冷却系统冷却液

Thoroughly replace the coolant of coolant system

排尽冷却液系统，冲洗并更换冷却液。

Exhaust coolant system, flush and replace the coolant.

更换软管夹和软管

Replace Hose Clamps & Hoses

Replace hose clamp and hose

有压力的系统，必须关闭发动机并让其冷却下来。软管夹的扭矩参考操作保养手册，更换完毕，启动发动机检查有无泄漏。

For pressurized systems, stop engine and allow to cool. Refer to manual for hose clamp torque. After replacement, start engine and check for leaks.

For pressure system, must shut off the engine and let the engine cool down. Refer to the operation and maintenance manual for the hose clamp torque, when replacement is completed, start the engine to check whether there is leakage or not.
